The last step that makes treatment work

Treatment only works if medicine is taken correctly. Our pharmaceutical team explains each dose in plain language, in English or Kiswahili, and checks for interactions with anything else you take.

How to prepare

  • Bring your prescription, or your clinic card for repeat medicines.
  • Bring the medicines you already take, or their packets, so we can check for interactions.
  • Tell us about any allergies, and whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Ask how to store each medicine and what to do if you miss a dose.

Is the Primegala pharmacy open at night?

The pharmacy serves patients of the 24-hour clinic around the clock.

Can I refill my blood pressure or diabetes medicine?

Yes. Bring your current prescription or clinic card. A clinician reviews long-term prescriptions regularly.

Do you explain medicines in Kiswahili?

Yes. Our team explains doses in English or Kiswahili, whichever you prefer.
