Many women tell us they put off family planning because of myths they'd heard, or because they didn't want to be judged. Our counselling room is private and our job is simple: give you honest information so you can decide what's right for you.

Yes. Long-acting methods such as implants and the IUCD (coil) are listed services for Primegala on the Kenya Master Health Facility Registry.
Yes. Implant and coil removals are done by trained providers. Fertility usually returns quickly after removal.
Yes. Consultations are private and your records are protected under the Data Protection Act, 2019.
