Primegala's commitment to making our website and facility accessible to everyone, including persons with disabilities.

Primegala Medical Center and Nursing Home is committed to making our website and our facility accessible to everyone, including persons with disabilities, in line with Article 54 of the Constitution of Kenya and Kenya's laws on the rights of persons with disabilities.

Our website

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This includes:

  • Text and button colours chosen for strong contrast
  • Pages that work with keyboard navigation and screen readers
  • Descriptive link text, headings and form labels
  • Text that can be resized up to 200% without loss of content
  • Pages built to load quickly on mobile data and lower-end phones
  • Plain-language content, with key information also summarised in Kiswahili

Our facility

Please tell us in advance, or on arrival, if you need support. We can help with:

  • Assistance moving around the facility
  • Priority seating while you wait
  • A family member, guardian or interpreter accompanying you
  • Information explained verbally in English or Kiswahili

Known limitations

We're continually improving. Some third-party content, such as embedded maps, may not be fully accessible. Contact us and we'll provide the information another way.
