FAQs

Physiotherapy: your questions

Do I need a referral for physiotherapy?

Not always. You can book directly, and our clinicians can also refer you after a consultation.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the problem. Your physiotherapist will suggest a plan after your first assessment.

Does physiotherapy help after a stroke?

Yes. Rehabilitation can help with movement, balance and daily activities. Starting early helps.
